Our company is looking for a full-cycle Corporate Recruiter to develop creative sourcing and recruitment strategies and identify top technical talent for their hiring managers. Will be responsible to handle 10-12 positions at one time within IT, Professional Services and Office Support Roles. A mix of corporate and agency recruiting is a PLUS.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, Source, Screen & Interview potential
- Think of and utilize innovative sourcing technologies, platforms and strategies to find, connect with and recruit top technical talent
- Proactively create and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Define sourcing strategies based on required skills, roles and locations
- Utilize social media to help market roles, attract talent and build online communities of target candidates
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to write job descriptions, put together efficient interview processes and negotiate/present offers
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of recruiting experience (IT, Technical and Professional Services Preferred)
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and thorough knowledge of web-based recruitment strategies desired.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
- A go-getter mentality and an ability to thrive in a fast paced environment where you need to be a strategic thinker and self-starter.
