As a Recruiter you will work directly with our people managers to support their staffing needs, be fully involved in daily recruiting matters, and manage our candidate pipelines across our various business units. You will enable our future success and growth by proactively identifying, interviewing, and selecting the most qualified candidates.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers and heads of business units to best understand hiring needs and initiatives
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruitment of all full–time and temporary positions, providing support to the Human Resources team
  • Utilize our applicant tracking system and available job boards to source, screen, and interview potential candidates
  • Manage multiple pipelines for roles, but also providing support to regional or field-based openings
  • Support in the generation, updating and posting of job descriptions in our applicant tracking system
  • Conduct initial resume review, pre-screening interviews and schedule all interviews with respective people managers
  • Maintain candidate pools and perform targeted searches to ensure we are attracting and placing top talent
  • Communicate to candidates the brand, its mission and culture values to best portray our working dynamics

Who You Are

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of focus (Human Resources, Business Administration, etc.)
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume agency position or as an in-house recruiter
  • Demonstrated experience handling multiple open requisitions at a time
  • Very strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability communicate with internal stakeholders at all levels
  • General understanding of an applicant tracking system and basic computer software (Outlook, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
