The Senior Consultant is responsible for providing high-level technical expertise and consulting services to clients. They will work with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, and provide guidance on how to best use technology to meet those needs. The Senior Consultant will also be responsible for developing technical solutions and delivering presentations to clients. They must have strong communication and technical skills, and be able to work independently.

As a Senior Consultant, you will support corporate leaders and executives across all facets of day-to-day operations. The Senior Consultant will write material, own project/program collateral, and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strong analytical as well as interpersonal skills to deliver these expectations and will be goal-oriented and innovative. This is an individual contributor opportunity.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist corporate leaders and executives with strategic projects, including simplifying complex information, documenting decision/accountabilities, and following through on next steps
  • Conduct and facilitate project meetings on behalf of the Company
  • Implement research methods to inform strategic or business planning processes
  • Own project collateral, including notes, decks, and data sources

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum three years of relevant industry experience:
  • Strategy or strategic planning
  • Project management
  • Business operations
  • Exemplification of leadership skills within the workplace
  • Proven ability to influence leadership and partner with multi-functional teams across geographic boundaries
  • Works under broad guidance with minimal supervision; milestones and project/program goals are reviewed for adequacy in meeting objectives
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to overcome objections
  • Accountability, ownership. and ability to prioritize daily tasks
  • A high level of intellectual curiosity and a mentality of constant improvement
